Shipping policy

Courier:

We use Free 48Hr Tracked Royal Mail for all UK parcels & £15 Royal Mail International Tracked for all EU Parcels. All other zones are £25 Royal Mail Worldwide Tracked.

Standard Delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class (3 working days – after dispatch)

Please note: All delivery times are estimates, and not guaranteed, but delivery is usually in 3 working days (after dispatch).

Shipping policy:

All weekend and bank holiday orders will be dispatched on the following working day.

Greatest care is taken in packing every order to arrive to you safely. Depending on the weight and items in your order sometimes may be necessary to split the order in multiple parcels. Therefore, your order may be delivered in separate parcels at different times, if this is the case with your order please allow an extra time for your other parcel to arrive. 

When will I receive my order?

You should expect to receive your parcel within 3 working days from dispatch.

Damage or Lost:

Please accept our apologies, if you have received a damaged parcel or your parcel has been lost. In a rare case of damage or lost during transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost for you.

If you discover your jar has been damaged in transit, please safely dispose the damaged item/s. Photographic proof of the damage in its original packaging is required, and needs to be sent to us before we process your request. Photos can be sent to anvehoneyltd@outlook.com
